HORAL TOUR 3-day marathon 3. anniversary - propositions

Date: Saturday, 13.8.2011, HORAL TOUR: friday, saturday, sunday 12.-14..8.2011

Track HORAL: HORAL Krejzi: 101 km, change in altitude 3.500 m, 90% forest and gravel roads, 10% asphalt

HORAL Lejzi: 71 km, change in altitude 2.300 m. 90% forest and gravel roads, 10% asphalt

HORAL Senzi: 43 km, change in altitude 1.600 m. 80% forest and gravel roads, 20% asphalt

HORAL UNICYCLES: 18,5 km, change in altitude 760m. 80% forest and gravel roads, 20% asphalt

HORAL Dejzi: 17 km change in altitude 350 m. Only asphalt roads (family teams only)

HORAL TOUR: 1. stage: 42 km, change in altitude 1.900 m

2. stage = HORAL KREJZI or HORAL LEJZI or HORAL SENZI

3. stage: 8 rounds each 4,5 km long, change in altitude 8 x 220 m.

Organizer has the right to change tracks anytime!

Characteristics: Mountain bike maraton in beautiful mountainy enviroment. Long and difficult ascendings. Astonishing views.

Registration HORAL: SVIT, KOLIBA - friday 12.8.2011 from 15:00 to 21:00, or saturday 13.8.2011 from 6:30 to 10:00 (KREJZI only until 8:45).

Reg. HORAL TOUR: PUSTÉ POLE - friday 12.8.2011 from 11:00 to 12:30. Bring your health insurance card!

HORAL Lejzi: SVIT KOLIBA at 9:30 hod. Finish: SVIT KOLIBA cca from 12:00 to 14:30

Children competitions I: SVIT KOLIBA from 9:35 Until: 10:25

HORAL Senzi:SVIT KOLIBA at 10:30 hod. Finish: SVIT KOLIBA cca from 12:00 to 13:30

2. stage = HORAL Krejzi or HORAL Lejzi or HORAL Lejzi

3. stage - SVIT KOLIBA, sunday 14.8.2011 at 10:00 h. Finish: SVIT KOLIBA cca from 11:30 to 14:00

Prices: For the first three places in each category valuable prices. For the Winner of the KREJZI HORAL the price is mountain bike (value 700,-EUR). Total value of the prices is more than 3,300 Euros.

Team Competitions: Slowest team – time of all the team members on all tracks including HORAL TOUR is calculated, where the highest time wins.

Fastest team – sum of the three fastest members of the team on HORAL TOUR marathon. The condition is that at least those three members have completed all stages of the HORAL TOUR MARATHON.

Results announcement: HORAL – saturday 17:00. Raffle draw will be held on saturday evening from 18:00, HORAL TOUR and team competition – sunday 14:30

Conditions: - The event will take place regardless of the weather condition. In case of extremely cold weather the organizer has the right to change the track (reducing the track) as a safety precaution.

- Marathon is run along full traffic so each participant takes the full responsibilty! We recommend health check with your doctor.

- Persons under 18 need a written approval from their parents ! Persons under 15 may only attend HORAL SENZI marathon.

- Track HORAL Dejzi is for families (parent + child). Child may ride its own bike, or be ridden by its parent. Maximum age of children is 13 years.

- Cyclist helmet is mandatory throughout the whole track (even for the child in a family team) !!!

- Time limit for completing HORAL Krejzi: 8 hours from start, HORAL Lejzi: 6 hours from start.
